This photobook presents Andi Ari Setiadi’s street photography captured during his journey through Tokyo in April 2025. The photographs were taken while Gueari Galeri celebrated its 10th anniversary as an independent photobook gallery and publisher with a photobook exhibition at Reminders Photography Stronghold in Tokyo. Through this body of work, Ari interprets his observations of the city using a visual language of juxtaposition, thoughtfully pairing photographs to create new meanings, unexpected connections and poetic narratives that emerge through their dialogue.
